Outpatient Treatment for Methamphetamine Addiction
The Treatment Program is a different approach to treating methamphetamine addiction. It’s different because it integrates innovating medical treatment with nutritional support and psychological counseling, all available on an outpatient basis. The program is designed to help relieve cravings for meth, restore nutritional balance, improve mental clarity and initiate counseling.
Often medical treatment alone is not enough. The same can be said for psychosocial therapies. By integrating both the medical AND psychological components and the often overlooked nutritional needs of patients, we can provide a unique program that provides the best possible opportunity for recovery from meth addiction. The program is designed to help relieve cravings, restore nutritional balance, improve mental clarity and initiate counseling.

What To Expect
The Prometa Treatment Program is available on an outpatient basis, and does not require long periods away from home or work. Treatment takes place at a physician’s office or hospital facility by a doctor who has been trained and licensed to use Prometa.
Treatment for meth addiction occurs during three consecutive daily visits of about one hour each. It begins with a 3-day course of prescription medications and nutritional supplements, followed by two one-hour visits on consecutive days about three weeks after the initial treatment. This includes a one-month course of non-addictive, at-home medications and nutritional supplements and education.
